Performers haul the cooked pig up the center aisle at the Hyatt Regency Drums of the Pacific luau, Maui. The luau food is actually quite good at the Hyatt, contrary to what I'd heard about other luaus. The pig was quite tasty and the performances were enchanting, and the fire dancing was quite intense.
